Unfortunately The Cost Is Beyond My Budget

I have included a budget field in the commission form, but don't know why most people never fill in a value. Whenever we doing estimate without a budget, we will arrange the best resource for their photography projects(by my guess) and in the end most will result... "Unfortunately the cost is beyond my budget"! I am so tired for doing such kind of communications and it is completely wasting both life. So if you are reading this... please remember, fill in the field with the budget in your mind... and this will save both troubles.
