Yesterday whenever we doing their corporate portrait shoot for ebay at Hong Kong, while I ask the targets(their executives) to sign a standard model release... and their legal consultant jump out and say they are not allowed to do so! Then I explain to this legal consultant... if this single human not offer me the usage of their face, how can I allow ebay to use my photograph for publicity usage. Bam...
