Now a day the photography market is very mess... and people may have very different of understanding about professional photography production.
When new enquiry come in... we may not clear understand what the prospect actually looking for! Asking for the budget and reference images may help a bit in the init stage to understand how big the production is needed to be plan for their shoot.
